A business formed by Thomas Milo with the following objectives:

 To provide the residents of Concord and the Charlotte Metro area with the finest professional representation in the sale and purchase of residential real estate.

  To provide an economical alternative to high costs of real estate services without forfeiting any of the quality of those services.

 To provide a personal solution to the challenges of real estate marketing in an ever-increasingly impersonal real estate industry.

Tom Milo comes to you with the following expertise:

     As a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, he received a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering and then went on to earn a Master of Science degree from George Mason University.

 His real estate experience includes working as a real estate sales licensee for several years in the nation’s two largest real estate franchises where he gained extensive experience working with both buyers and sellers. He brings the best of these two systems along with his own brand of customer service to Milo Realty - established in 2002.

 He received his Real Estate Broker License from the North Carolina Real Estate Commission (License #188887) and is a member of the North Carolina Association of Realtors.  As a licensed NC general building contractor, he developed and constructed Sapphire Hills subdivision in Concord NC. He also holds additional license classifications for highway, water and sewer construction.

 Tom and his wife Lori have been married for 35 years.
